My peppers, Pimientos de Padron style.
Well, having been in the library at Camarinas and realising how difficult it can be to follow recipes you now have step by step with pictures.
- Buy your peppers. Small peppers about 1-2 inches long.
- Heat oil in frying pan add peppers and salt.
- Fry for 4 mins tossing back a glass of wine, no tossing the peppers drink the wine.
- Plate up.
Eat and discard the stalks in an environmentally friendly way.

Glad to see everything seems to be going to plan so far,we have been keeping an eye on you since you left Loch Creran. The yard seems a bit empty without Giselle this Autumn!
