David: I’ve achieved the weight challenge. Lost the 1.5 stone. Lost 3.5 inches off the waist. You can see the pictures below. The old one is second (past the more)! OK still plenty to loose. I’m taking on a new challenge to loose another 1.5 stone. What should I hold out for as a reward for meeting the new challenge? I covert a Spinlock mast climbing harness which only goes up to waist 40″ so that will be the first reward. Current waist is 42″.

Your reward could be eternal youth, or maybe smaller manboobs! Well done and keep it up, I wish I could loos some weight as well.
